Weekly or bi-weekly tutoring sessions are pre-arranged for a specific date and time. 

Sessions can be shifted to accommodate a student’s need to prepare for an assessment or project with reasonable notice.

Communication around schedule changes can happen directly with the student only if given parental permission. 

Twenty-four-hour notice is required for canceling or re-scheduling tutoring sessions, or the cancelled session will be charged. 

Tutoring can take place via Google Meet using a link to the student’s email or at a student’s home. 

If tutoring takes place in the home, there must be an adult present in the home.

There is an additional fee for in-person tutoring. 

Students are asked to provide notes, assignments, or specific topics prior to the session. As a tutor I prepare in advance for each session, as I would for a class, to ensure that the time working together with your student is most efficient and productive.

Fees are payable upon completion of each session. 

The fee is for an hour of tutoring and if more than an hour charged by the quarter hour.
